AndrewP40 and WilliamV8, I agree. I contacted them via Messenger as the phone support was not clickable. Just got a new M3 Macbook Air and the install code I was issued 2 years ago they said was no longer valid. Mind you, I was billed to my AMEX this past February. Also, they said in the email that the toolbox that came with my purchase was not included, although my purchase confirmation clearly gave me a link to the "Bonus" software, which is the toolbox. Very bad service. I have to wait to either get a refund, a working code, or I'll have to contact AMEX to dispute this.
