Yup. Still doesn't work. Build 3810, report number is 27689. Tried to connect my centro via USB and still get the sync error.
Palm Centro Hotsync problem I was able to sync it once after installing the new build 3810 but now I get an error message and am unable to sync.
Build 3810, report number is 27941. Tried to connect my Tungsten-E via USB and still get the sync error.
Having the same issues can't sync to a palm Z22 ticket number 652808 (by the way I have no idea where your "ticket" database is that you suggest we post to. Also, twice I have been "elevated" to level 2 support and promised a response within 24 hours and nothing has happened. Perhaps it's the time difference between here and India... what a cluster. arapahoe
"[PD4] Palm Hot Sync not working". The Ticket has been assigned an ID of [Parallels #656106], Severity set to 3, and response ETA is 24 H. thanks for your help, john. kaen
PDANet Besides the sync problem, it is also almost impossible to get PDANet to work. Is the same issue as syncing or an additional issue?
USB logging report I was asked to load "devices.usb.loglevel=3" into the CPU system flag in the configuration. I did that and tried to connect my Palm Centro. Error report ID is 49804. I have reported this on my ongoing trouble ticket as well.
I also cannot sync, via USB or BT... since I upgraded to 4.0. Right now I have to boot up in bootcamp just to sync. Linda
We are carefully investigating situation, and collecting information, we are also testing all devices listed in forum
John could you have the Customer support agents get up to speed on this. I got sent on a wild goose chase (or two of them) before I found this post. I have the same issue with a Palm TX. Here are the details for my ticket: "The Ticket has been assigned an ID of [Parallels #665872], Severity set to 3, and response ETA is 24 H."
Actually PDANet connects the Palm to the (virtual) PC via the USB port. The Palm then acts as a modem. This program has always worked fine until the Parallels 4 update, where I now get the same USB connection problems that I get when trying to sync.
I understand, ut still not sure it is related to USB problem, I guess to check situation , it is necessary, to establish connection through Palm using PC and then try the same settings on VM
