Parallels 9- Can't get trial version

    Could I please have a trial key too?

    I keep getting the message, "Unable to request a trial key. Please check your network connection and try again. If the problem persists, contact the Parallels support team." (My network connection is fine.)

    Hello.

    Same problem.

    When I attempt to get trail key my email is greyed out and the red exclamation point pops up. Please help.

    No bueno if I can't start the trial.

    why did everyone's parallels go offline all of a sudden? Mine still hasn't been fixed. It's telling me: "Trial activations cannot be confirmed. Please activate the product with a full key." But I downloaded the trial version. I emailed the trial key from my private message to "activatepd@parallels.com". Hopefully that will work. Thank you for the help~

    is the activation id and the trial key not the same thing?

    Nevermind x.x it said trial successfully activated then resetted to the issue again :/

    I have the same problem. Can you send me a trial key? I have re-installed several times, and tried the fixes, but nothing works.
