Can't edit my Parallels account email address

I'm not sure where to post this.. When trying to change my email address on the Parallels website account page, it won't accept the change, and instead shows an 'unspecified error' message. See attachment.

I am having the same problem. I need to change my email address asap as I am leaving my provider but it gives me an error on my mac. Could you post the solution?

Same problem. When attempting to change the email address I receive the same message (i.e. Unspecified Error). Any chance we can get the solution posted so that others can benefit from the solution and not handle this on a case-by-case basis?
