Boot Camp Error on Creation: Error: PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG (0x80000003)

    Please, make a report about the problem and send it to Parallels.
    Go to Menu->Help->Send Technical Data
    If it possible, also write here number of reports

    I downgraded to Parallels 12 a few days to get a working solution for me. I then just upgraded to the latest version of 13 last night and it worked.

    Hope that helps!

    Downloaded Version 13.1.1 (43120) Trial, to see if it resolved the issue for me but it didn't.

    The problem is most due to Windows bootcamp hard disk/partition errors. Boot in Windows and scan & repair hdd and do something like DSIM, sfc (Google for correct statement). Hope this helps.
