I'm running Mac OS Mojave 10.14.2 with Parallels Version 14.1.0 on a 27" iMac as well. I have tried the previous suggestions of taking a snapshot and then hitting Reset but my Windows 7 virtual machine is still stuck on the boot up screen. Please help!

Hello MichaelP40, Kindly go to Actions--> Stop and then restart the virtual machine to check with it.

Did anything work for anyone? I have the same problem with the slow start now! Looking for the solution!

  5. Hi. If you VM works slow on the startup only, you can try the "selective startup" and check the issue.
Let us know the results, please.

  9. Hi, what about the CPU usage on the Windows and Mac side? Is it 100% or more, or less? Did you try the selective start up and check the issue? When did this issue with slow performance start?
