Toolbox Download Video app Crashes at Launch

Toolbox Download Video app Crashes at Launch 100% of the time.

The error message is as follows:

An unhandled exception of type 'System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException" occured in mscorlib.
Crash report saved in DownloadVideo.3.6.1.1924.2019-10-31-115145-227.crash

Any help getting this to work again would be much appreciated

Hi, please generate a technical report from Parallels Toolbox after observing the crash: Click Toolbox icon > Cogwheel button > Help > Send technical data and post the resulting ID here.

After 8 days of having received no substantive assistance with this issue I was able to solve the problem by uninstalling the application and reinstalling it. Now currently on Version 3.6.0-1916 because it is unclear to me if the update had anything to do with it.
