License reached its activation limit. Can not transfer to my new mac

    I have the same problem, parallels 14. serials are registered to the email in my account.

    Dealing with software activation limits can be a headache. In this case, your best bet is to contact Parallels customer support. They should be able to assist you with resetting or transferring your license to your new Mac. They deal with this stuff all the time, so hopefully, they'll have a smooth solution for you.

    I Have the same problem with my License V16 and V17. I am using this license key,My computer hardware and operating system have not undergone any changes., but the computer tells me that I have reached the activation limit. However, what I want to express is that my authorization was originally in normal use, and I haven't changed the computer or any hardware devices. Why is it asking me to restart? Thank you.

    I have the same activation problem with Parallels 17 after a change from M1 Mac to my new M3. Getting the same error.
