Automatic renewal & refund

    Hello.

    Around this time last year, I have purchased a 1-year Parallels subscription. However, I have stopped using Parallels in the last few months, and was expecting the subscription to simply run out after 1 year. Today, I noticed that I was charged automatically for another year. Given that I am not using the product anymore, is it possible to cancel my subscription and process a refund?

    We have processed a refund for your latest renewal and it usually takes around 5 - 7 business days for it to be credited to your account.

    I received today a debit on my bank for parallel desktop autorenew and I have stopped using the app for a long time. Kindly assist with a refund and cancel my auto renew. Thank you for your response.

    Please be informed that a refund request for the purchase has been submitted for processing.
    Furthermore, kindly note that it can take five to seven business days for refunds to show up on your account.

    I Hi there, I also was charged a renewal when I have not used my software for over 6 months. I have cancelled auto renewal but request the current renewal be cancelled and refunded if possible please? Ref# 482725174

    I just got a renewal receipt for my Parallels subscription. I thought I had cancelled it because I haven't really used the product anymore.     Good morning,
    Yesterday evening my Parallels subscription auto-renewed. Reference #: 493755788
    I haven't used Parallels for nearly 12 months because I returned my Macbook Pro within a week from Purchase since the M-processor was not compatible with our company's ERP software. I just cancelled my subscription and ask you kindly to initiate a request for refund of the renewal charge.

    I received an email that my subscription was going to auto renew, reference #S46915124.
    I do not wish to renew, and the link in the email provides no way to cancel the subscription, only to update payment info.
    When I log in I do not see any active product subscriptions.
    Please help me cancel my subscription.

    Kindly note that Parallels Desktop for Mac App Store Edition falls under the Apple Sales & Refund Terms and Conditions.
    Apple does not permit return or offer refunds for products purchased through the App Store, including Parallels Desktop. Parallels cannot process returns or refunds for the Parallels Desktop sold by Apple.

    Hello I received an email that my subscription was going to auto renew for #S46996951. When I log in I do not see any active subscriptions. Please remove me from auto renewal and cancel whatever subscription. This is my notice to you for my credit card dispute if I am charged in 30 days. Your webpage makes it extremely hard to cancel online.
