Unable to activate older version of Parallels Desktop

Hey there
Similar situation here too.
I am needing to install my registered Parallels 11 Desktop on a newer computer (Intel) but I am unable to Sign In. I get a 'check the Internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, follow this link....' message.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

A new instal of El Capitan. Downloaded Parallels 11 from my account page.

 

Hello, I have the same problem with Parallels Desktop11 lifetime license and High Sierra.
It can no longer be activated.
The error message is displayed: The operation cannot be carried out, check the internet connection.
Is there a solution to this other, than purchasing a new license for this "old" but still well-functioning box.

Hello, I'm not a computer savvy person but need help on the following please as this is driving me nuts!
I have an old Macbook Pro 2013 ish. and have a Legacy Parallels Licence which is still valid.
Recently, my Mac hardware failed and needed repair which involved replacement board with original drive. Since then, I have been unable to use my Parallels 10 installation as it keeps asking me to send a code to obtain a confirmation key either via email to activatepd@parallels.com and then paste the confirmation code via the web interface at activatepd.parallels.com, neither of which function. Please help me to recover my functionality before I have a PICA (Parallels induced cardiac arrest) Please assist. Tim

 

I am trying to activate my legacy license for Parallels 11 on a 2012 Mac Pro with Mojave. I enter my activation key and it says to check my internet connection which I know works. Please help. Thank you

 

I try to active my parallels desktop 17 Permanent License on my old macbook air (macOS Big Sur), but it's not working.

I have an old Parallels activation key from 2009 , I also have a legacy license for Parallels 6, neither of which work on my current iMac, 2017 with Intel. Any idea how I can get Parallels to work?

That doesn't help as any version above 12.0 is crippled by your limitation of only 8Gb RAM per VM. To think that you can run Windows 10 or higher with only 8Gb is ludicrous.

i still cannot activate my copy of Parallels 11. Am I not allowed to activate/use this copy anymore because it is too old?
