Why are my 3D objects rotating slowly?

My machine is a MacBook Pro M4 and I have allocated 10 cores and 36MB of Ram for Win 11 with parallel Mac Business Edition and despite this the 3D objects move slowly during the actions of my 3Dconnexion mouse. What to do to improve performance please?
