After the new upgrade to Parallels 19 I find that in full screen highlighting iOS icons in the dock is painfully slow. Is there a fix or setting for this. I often go back and forth from/to iOS from parallels.

Just upgraded to Version 19.0.0 (54570) and everything went well on my MBP M2 machine. I haven't changed any settings from what I had been using under 18.x. The Mac dock when Windows VM is full screen will not popup when you go all the way to the bottom with your mouse like it previously did...

Is there a way to change the VM's OS dock icons, other than what is default for the selected OS? For example, I'm running Pop!_OS. I'd rather show the Pop!_OS logo instead of Ubuntu. Thanks!

In the attached image, you can see the "Parallels Desktop" icon in the dock. How do I hide that? It's ugly, takes space, and if I need it I can find it on the menu bar at the top. It's the way most normal apps do it (Docker, VPNs, ...).
