How or where do I see whether the Energy Saver is active or not? If I klick on it in the Toolbox menu, visibly nothing happens. Depending on the setting, windows are hiding and are coming back (once I click again), so I it seems to work. However, there does not seem to be any UI element showing...

Energy Saver is a good function, but a feature to use it even while the computer plugged in would be appreciated. My laptop's battery has been dying for months and energy saver helps, but only when the laptop is unplugged.
