    Can I remind you Maria, that YOU asked me to raise my problem with information in a PM. I have done that twice now, yet days go by between replies. What is the matter with you? How can any problem - which by the way is entirely of Parallels' doing - be resolved if you either cannot or will not respond in a timely fashion.
    I now insist that you not only read the latest replies in my PM, but respond in a PROMPT, TIMELY, AND EFFECTIVE manner. I really don't think that is too much to ask.
    Meantime, I am currently researching alternative virtualisation software. I have no issue with Parallels Desktop apart from activation issues, but your customer service gives even jokes a bad name.
