    I was charged last night for a renewal subscription that I was not notified in advance of. I would have cancelled sooner if I had known. I no longer use parallels and would like the $85 charge to be refunded to me.

    Your subscription is good till 15-Feb-2020. You can turn off auto-renewal in your account. If the license is deactivated then the subscription cannot be used for the reset of the subscription period.
