Cancel subscription

    Hello. A few days ago I downloaded parallel desktop through the following email: saray.garcixxxxxxx@gmail.com. I would like to know if I was able to activate a trial period. If so, I would like to deactivate it and unsubscribe. Thank you.

    Upon verifying your account, you indeed enrolled on a Parallels Desktop Trial. Kindly note that it will expire automatically, and no further actions are required for deactivating it. Rest assured, you will not be charged for a subscription.

    Hello Asarsh,

    I was unable to unsubscribe from the renewal. I got a email today saying my subscription will renew in 30 days but when I going into my account, I couldn't find any of product purchased. I tried to follow the steps from support web to unsubscribe, but the options are not available for me. I do not know my Parallels Access license key. Please see the attached email and my account info. Could you please help me to investigate further to my account and cancel for my subscription?

    Hello! I started a free trial on May 19th 2024, but I want to cancel already. I do not want it to become a subscription after 14 days if I forget to do something. Please help me to end the trial immediately. Thankyou!

    Hello. I am currently unable to cancel my subscription, and I have never used it. My payment is still being automatically made and I was last charged on 9/12/2024. I would like to get a refund and to cancel my subscription. To my understanding I do not own a product or a license, so I am confused why I am being charged payment. Thank you.
