I want to cancel my subscription I don't even know where to do you guys make it hard to reach out to you because you know many people need their money back please cancel my subscription please

I can't find how to cancel my trial. Can you please cancel my trial and prevent any auto-renewal and any change to my account?

 

Seems I have had come across the same issue for my PD-26 permanent license. Please advise on how to cancel the subscription during the free trial. I do not want to pay for the full license on Parallels Toolbox Subscription. It is strange how so many people in this thread have the same issue, and you have not made any attempts to clarify this feature on your website.
