Cannot change registered email address because old one is now deleted.

    The email address I have registered for Parallels Desktop for Mac, Parallels Access and Parallel Toolbox is now defunct as I have left the organisation where this was registered (please note I have personally paid the subscriptions and renewal is due later this month).
    I have tried to change the email address but cannot do this because it tells me to respond to an email sent to my OLD email address -- and I can't access this any more.
    What is the work-around for this ? I can supply a copy of the 2017 sales invoice.
    Please don't send me an email - because I won't be able to read it !

    Hello.
    The email account with which I registered in Parallels (j*****z@p********salut.net) has died and I can not access my account.
    I have re-registered with my new account (this is where I write: j*****z@p******irgili.cat) but the confirmation emails are still being sent to my old account to which I no longer have access because it does not exist.

    Can you as admin change the email address in my original account? Old: j*****z@p********salut.net,
    New: j*****z@p******irgili.cat?

    Please respond to my new address j*****z@p******irgili.cat.

    Same issue here...

    My license key is still bound to my old email address, and I cannot access support anymore since my former email address is defunct.

    Why do you guys make it so hard for private customers to apply changes to an existing account?
    I would not create a Twitter or Facebook Messenger account just to reach anyone from you guys to enable me to get support again. This is ridiculous.

    I have this problem too. We have already had my previous registered email removed by our ISP who manage our email addresses. I now have a new one and need to update the Parallels contact email!! How can this be done?
