Cannot change registered email address because old one is now deleted.

    I would like to change the email address registered in my account, but i get a notification to follow the instructions sent to this email address that i can't access anymore.
    Can you please tell me how it can be changed.

    I have the same problem here. Please help.
    I bought a license of Parallels Desktop 13 yesterday and was supposed to received free upgrade key for version 14, but I think the key was sending to my old mail box.

    I have the same issue as others here. Changed my email address and have no access to the old email. My subscription active and all good but want to make sure I have up to date email for future.

    Dear Parallels Support,
    Please come up with a more user-friendly way to solve this issue. What's the sense in mandatorily using the email address as the one and only identifier?
    What about the option to answer some security questions to be able to change an outdated email address?

    I have problem with access to account with old email (confirm Web browser....Reset Account Password....nothing works). Now I create new one with new email.
    Is it possible transare licence to new account?

    I have this same issue - I no longer have access to the email account my Parallels account was associated with, and would like to switch it.
