Can't Activate Parallels Desktop 11

    I have two licenses for parallels desktop 11. I am unable to activate either one. Here is the message I get,
    "You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license."
    I no longer have the old machines that these licenses were on, and they have been wiped. Please advise.

    Hi

    I'm going through the same problem, trying to migrate my PD11 license from an old computer to my new MBP. I've already signed out and uninstalled PD11 from the old one, when trying to activate on the new one I get the same message: "Your license has reached the maximum number of activations for your license key...".
    Is there anything you can do on your side to reset my license somehow...?

    Hi AdalbertoP, we have made few changes in the key settings. Please restart Parallels Desktop to reactivate with the same key and let us know how it works.

    I have the same problem. Can someone in Parallels support unlock my account so that I may active Parallels on my new Mac? I have signed out and uninstalled everything on the old Mac.

    I'm having the same issue. I have logged out / deactivated Parallels on my old MacBook, but I get the error above on my new MacBook. Thanks.

    I'm also having the same issue! I deactivated PD11 on my old Mac and I'm currently trying to use it on my new Mac, but without any success. Is there any way you could also reset my licence? Thanks.
