Hi @sh0knah, we have made few changes in the key settings. Please reactivate with the same license key and If the issue persists, please open Terminal end execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online and let us know how it works. Thanks!

Hi, I have the same issue. I'm unable to reactivate my parallels 11 licence on another mac. The mac that it was originally on has failed, so wasn't able to deactivate the parallels licence 11 on it. What do I do?

I have a new MacBook Pro and cannot activate Parallels Desktop 11 on it. I can log out and then successfully re-activate Parallels on an older Mac Mini.

Hi GlennH1, your version 11 license key has been reset. You should now be able to activate version 11 on MacBook Pro.

I'm writing from germany. We have 4 licenses and for every license an own account and can not activate all 4 licenses with the same problem. Must I post with all 4 accounts here or can you reactivate all of them?

Hi JaysonK. Please quit Parallels Desktop now, launch it again and re-attempt the activation.
