Have Free Upgrade to 7 Emails been sent ?

I bought Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac (OEM) with the free upgrade offer when I bought my new Mac about a month ago.
How do I get the free upgrade?

I've bought my Parallels Desktop 6 Switch to Mac on 30.09.2011

Two or three weeks ago I've submitted my invoice and other requested details on below website

Unfortunately I didn't receive my key for 7 yet.

Could you please help?
