Hi, did you click Parallels icon in the Mac status bar ( Two Red Parallels line on the right top of Apple menu bar) -> click on Action -> Reset? If not, please try and let us know how it works.

Hi there - When I click the Parallels status bar the only thing that shows is the windows menu in the top. I have clicked the parallels, icon, the windows icon (black) and the parallels logo at the top of the screen.
