My company purchased a license for me last year and I was able to use it without any issues for a while. Recently I installed Parallels on my new macbook and when I tried to register with that same key, I got a message saying that the key is already registered in a different account. I check my Parallels account and I don't see any keys registered for it. I get the same "license key already registered to a different account" when I try adding that license through the website. As far as I know, that Parallels account is the one I was using so I don't understand how that license was registered to a different account. Is there any way to reassign the license to my account?
