Parallels desktop 10: "You have reached the maximum number of activations available"

    Hi,
    Follow your instruction with the terminal and use the license key that record in "my subscriptions". Problem solved!!

    I have the same problem with parallels for Mac 12.1.1 (41491). I de-activated on my old MacBook Pro, tried to activate on the new one and get the above error messages.
    http://kb.parallels.com/de/124042 does not help as KB 123958 doesn't help.
    I also do not get the dialog to activate as shown in KB_123958 (Activate on This Mac). What can I do?

    Hi, I am having the same problem. I just purchased a new MacBook Pro and tried the uninstall on the old laptop. I am getting the message, "You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key..." Help?

    I have followed all the various instructions in this thread and still receive the message "You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key...". How do I get assistance from Parallels to resolve this?

    We've check your key and it's OK. Please try to activate again and check.
    If the issue still persists, please send us your license key via the private messages.

    Thanks Maria, I'm trying to figure out how to private message you. I don't see any option to private message you. Would someone reach out to me soon? I really need to get my VM back up and running again and I'm afraid this is taking too long.

    Hi There, I had my macbook stolen and restored via time machine but parallels won't register because of
    "You have reached the maximum number of activations available" message.

    Can you please unlock my license?
