Hello there. I haven't used my subscription in about the last 9 months. I had tried cancelling before and I was under the impression that I did.
I just got charged today and realize the account is still active. I would like to close the account and receive my money back as I do not need the Parallels at the moment.
How do I go about receiving my funds back?
