Scroll Direction Bug with Trackpad

    Hi all, so I just installed Parallels 20 on my new M4 Pro MacBook Pro and noticed a weird bug with the trackpad which occasionally is popping up and bugging me. Basically, if I'm scrolling in an app, it seems like the scroll direction will randomly flip on me. I'll be scrolling down, the app will scroll normally, and then suddenly the app will start scrolling up!
    This issue only seems to occur with the built in trackpad. A normal scroll wheel mouse seems to work. I have not tested to see if my Magic Mouse can also replicate the issue.
    Any solution would be much appreciated! Thank you

    Other Info: macOS 15.4, Parallels 20.2.2, Windows 11 Pro VM 24H2

    Hello,

    Please collect a technical report after issue reproduction (click Parallels icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.

    Additionally, please provide the following information:

    1. Does the issue occur in all virtual machines or just one specific virtual machine?
    2. Is the virtual machine set to run in Coherence Mode, Full Screen, or Windowed mode when the issue occurs?
    3. Is the scrolling issue happening in specific apps or across the entire guest OS?
