The support team has not responded for 2 weeks. I'm complaining. I bought a new Macbook. I have parallels desktop 18 as one time. So I can't activation. My key must reset. So I have putted ticket. What a disgrace this is ?? I loved parallels until yesterday, but I can't even say that the customer support is weak because there is no customer support at all.
