Ubuntu Hardy Heron - can't install Parallels Tools

Let's repeat this, Ubuntu 8.04 was released on April 24 2008, within almost 6 months you haven't been able to present any solution for the non-English version users. You promised to clarify if there's a way that users with non-English version licenses are allowed to use the English build 5624, but so far I haven't heard of any solution. Are you seriously surprised that some people are getting annoyed??

 

I am not surprised, it is my job and my willing to connect user and developers.
I submitted problem, and developers are working on this.

 

I've installed the latest update of parallels to get the tools and now I can't log into 8.04. I get a gnome starting error, click close and get logged out.

Any ideas as to what I can do?

 

I've sorted it out, it was the screen resolution setting, doh
