usb support

    sins the last update from parallels the usb won't work
    my programs can't see the usb devises
    i have re instaand my Mac book completely and a new install from parallels
    but it is stil not working

    thank you for your advice. i have done all that - but there has been no change.

    the external hard disks are recognized by mac, also by windows, but no longer start under windows - no drive letter is assigned to them . on other windows devices, however, these hard disks work fine.

    what else can i do?

    interesting is that this problem occurred only after the last update of paralles desktop (to 17.1.0)

    so i have 2 questions:

    1. what can be set/changed in parallels 17 so that i can connect my hard drives again?
    2. how can i downgrade to parallels 17.0 or even 16 so that the hard drives will work again? and will they really work again?

    And it resolves a USB devices connectivity issue.
