Parallels 9- Can't get trial version

    Activation key is used to activate your product permanently. Right now you are using a Trial version and we have already sent you a Trial Activation key through PM which will be valid for 14 days. After the completion of 14 days you can purchase Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac full version. You will receive a full version Activation key along with the purchase which will help you to activate your Parallels Desktop permanently.     Hi Ablulaaaa, this is not the way you can get customers. Today I was definitely decided to go to purchase the box of parallax or whatever your sw is called. A briliant idea came to my mind to first try it. And I can praise this idea now. I simply can not get the trial activation code. So I likely decided to stay with virtualbox. Thx and adios.

    Hello,

    To get the trial key of Parallels Desktop, please make sure you follow the steps from article http://kb.parallels.com/116845.

    Please note that no key is to be sent to your email address, the copy should be activated after you log in to your account as advised in the article.

    I have done this before. I just did it again. The email address that I use to login to parallels is there but greyed out. After I insert my name I get a red exclamation mark after the same e-mail address that I am logged in under.

    How do I get my Parallels Desktop 9 trial key?
    Start Parallels Desktop 9. You will see the registration window. You should either log in to your existing account or create a new one.
    After you logged in or created an account, you will see the activation window:
    Your text to link here...
    Click Get Trial. You will be redirected to the next page with your contact information. Click Get Trial again to confirm the start of your trial period for Parallels Desktop.

    Your copy of Parallels Desktop 9 will be activated with a trial key automatically:

    How long I can use my Parallels Desktop trial?
    You can use Parallels Desktop trial for 14 days. The period cannot be extended.
    Do I get full-featured Parallels Desktop 9 if I activate it with a trial key?
    Yes, Parallels Desktop 9 trial is full-featured without any functionality limitations. You can purchase the full version at anytime during your trial period from the Parallels Desktop menu.

    I'm having the same problem, with a red exclamation mark appearing at the right of email field.

    1. Generate a Problem Report ID and send us in private message. ( http://kb.parallels.com/9058 )

    2. If you have an e-mail address, try to request trial key using another e-mail (you can try your personal, if you feel OK with it.)

    3. If it still shows a red exclamation mark with another e-mail address – collect second Problem Report ID please. ( As suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/9058 ) and send that ID in private message as well

    4. We will Provide you with a trial license to activate Parallels Desktop on your Mac.

    I followed all the steps in an article recommended by you (http://kb.parallels.com/116845) and still not success. It shows "Please check your network connection and contact the Parallels support team".

    I did that, my Problem Report ID is 42392241.

    Btw, it does not let me use email address different from one I gave at registration.
