You have entered an upgrade key - please confirm previous version

    I have a Parallels Desktop Pro subscription (in my 3rd year). I've attempted to run up parallels this evening and have needed to reregister/activate.
    I"ve logged into my account, through the application, it's identified my subscription key etc... and is now insisting I enter a key from a previous version.

    I have screen shots (not going to post in open forum). And I cannot find an obvious way to log an Incident ticket.

    Please advise what I should do.
