ToolBox Subscription Renewal Not Working

    When I try to renew my parallels toolbox subscription it doesn't work and also wont allow me to raise a ticket to get support from support centre. I am completely at a loss on what to do ?

    we've checked your Parallels Account tvers***@gmail.com and found only 1 expired subscription?
    Did you purchase a new one? Could you provide us with your new Parallels Toolbox subscription via the private message please?

    Hi,

    Yes I renewed my subscription with toolbox for 15.99 twice, but , both times it told me 'you will receive an email about your payment at the appropriate time' as it may take up to a day to kick in. Still nothing.
    I am unsure what you mean by private message sorry.

    I really enjoy toolbox and just want to use the service again. Can you send a link to my email to do this ?

    I have exactly the same problem! I emailed support and in reply the original invoice from 2019 was sent, but no answer was provided. How can I renew this product?
