When I try to renew my parallels toolbox subscription it doesn't work and also wont allow me to raise a ticket to get support from support centre. I am completely at a loss on what to do ?

Hi, Yes I renewed my subscription with toolbox for 15.99 twice, but , both times it told me 'you will receive an email about your payment at the appropriate time' as it may take up to a day to kick in. Still nothing. I am unsure what you mean by private message sorry. I really enjoy toolbox and just want to use the service again. Can you send a link to my email to do this ? Regarrds
