Thank you for your reply, that is right. As I mentioned this email is for my former supervisor and I have no access to this email. I can provide full activation key then you can reset it. Please help I have deadline and want to finish drawing on origin (needs windows) on my mac.

I recently moved from a Macbook Pro to a 2020 iMac 27''. When I try to activate my copy of Parallels I get the same message as the previous posters. (reached activation limit ...)

We have reset the key. Try to activate it and check.
 
Hello I just installed PD16 on my new Macbook with the M1 chip and I have the same error that I have reached the maximum.... help please!
