I just updated to Ventura 13.3.1 and the issue seems to have resolved itself. So far, so good...fingers crossed.
 
Same issue here with m1max OS 13.3
ps.
this login mail info is super annoying (it is "informing" me that i logged here in - this is hyper-bothering super-spam)..
 
Version 18.2.0 on M1 running Windows 11 Pro Arm64 edition. Giant gray rectangle shows up on the left of my screen randomly in coherence mode once every few hours and stays on the screen for about 15-30 seconds.
 
I have had the same issue since upgrading to the latest release. I captured a picture when it came up with the desktop instead of being gray.

I also have this issue, M2 Pro, the Start menu will at times appear to the far left rather than above the dock or appear blank/grey as well.
 
Same thing here, with latest MacOS and Parallels and Windows 11. I could make sure it's linked with the Windows VM, because when I pause it, the gray box remains. I've tried to disable much stuff (services and co) on the Windows side, to no avail.
