Just like the title said, the tool no longer will convert any videos, just finished upgrading to Golden Gate.

The last few days I've noticed that my Tools window is stuck in the bottom right corner. I can't move the window, and there items that make it onto the screen. I google the issue and tried all of the solutions, but none of them worked. How do I fix this?
