Cancel subscription

    Hi, I am charged by CBA PARALLELS 492212224545 DE on 7th July 2021 and I want a refund since I am no longer using it, I tried logging in with my email that I used for parallels account but it doesn't show any current subscriptions and there's no way I can find any thing to cancel. Hence, Im not sure why am I charged.

    hi I am being charged and accidentally purchased this need a refund but find it incredibly difficult to get to any customer support platform....

    I am also trying to cancel a subscription, I do not have a subscriptionn number as the $79.99 charges to the company card began in Nov 2016.
