How can I deactivate my Parallels Desktop 10 license

    Hello AleksandrV,
    I have upgraded computers as well, and deleted Parallels on my old computer, but get the 'Failed to activate the license: Reached maximum number of activations available for your activation key' notice one I ran the command on Terminal. Could you reset my activation key for this computer? I can email you the active activation key numbers if you need them. Most sincerely, GP.

    I have the same issue as some in the thread. Time machine back up restored to new mac and unable to remove parallels from old (written off) mac. Can my activation key please be reset? Thanks!

    Hi there, I have Parallels 10 and am having the same problem. Upgrading to a new computer and am getting a message that "You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key".

    I am trying to move parallels to a new computer. But I can't deactivate Parallels desktop 10. Please reset activate info.

    We have reset the activation key. Please follow the instructions below:
    1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again.
    2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online

    How can I deactivate my Parallels Desktop 10 license on my old mac to migrate to my new mac?
    I'm not going to buy new version for now and I'm happy with Parallels Desktop 10 for now. So, please let me move to new Mac.
