How can I Deactivate Parallels Desktop 11 - moved to new machine

    Hi, I'm having a problem also with "unable to confirm the product license". I signed out and uninstalled on my old computer, but can't get it to work on my new computer. I tried the terminal line command, but got the message "Failed to activate the license: Unable to confirm the product license. Please activate the product first."
    Can you help me? Thanks

    Hello JoeC3, We have reset the Parallels Desktop license key. kindly try to activate it. If the issue still persists, please execute the following command with Terminal < prlsrvctl activate-license-online >.

    Hi,

    Hi,
    could you please reset the license keys for my Parallels Desktop V9 and V10 licenses, I would like to install on new macs and cannot reset myself, I get an error on attempted install.
