    I have three subscriptions. two from apple pay and one from your website I bought.
    I didn't subscribe two subscriptions from Apple but there are two charges on Apple pay. Please refund these two transaction.

    Hi, I'm in the same situation. I forgot to cancel my auto-renewal and was charged for another year of services. I tried to submit a ticket with Cleverbridge, but they redirected me to the Alludo website, where a chatbot said the ticket was submitted, yet I haven't received any confirmation. Tried to call London office, but it's just more bots and no progress.
