License reached its activation limit. Can not transfer to my new mac

    I face the same problem. Today I transferred the data to my new MacBook Pro and I already signed out of the old MacBook Pro. Could you please help. Let me know if you need more info. Thank you!

    Hi - I am getting this error on my new MacBook. I've logged out of Parallels on the old MacBook, but do not see the option to transfer the license on my new one. Only that I have exceeded the number of activations. Please help. Thanks!

    HI - I am having the same problem with my Parallels 13 permanant licence. Need to move it to a new Macbook. Signed out of the old one, deleted Parallels but still getting "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies" on the new machine.

    Please note that this is my Parallels 13 license (I have several in my account) - the others are fine.

    Worked perfectly - was able to deactivate the old computer online and reactivate on the new machine.
