Hello, I have two payments taken from my bank account for £99.99. I assume is for an automatic renewal setting somewhere. I tried your service and I didnt like it. I dont use it and I dont want to pay for it. I tried to use your contact form on your website and despite all over links working, that one doesnt. Please can you help me get a refund. Not sure why you have taken two payments but I would like them both refunded asap and my account details removed please

Hi, I need help too. The same issue, It is an automatic renewal, I do not want the service too. Please refund me.
 
Can my purchase I made today please be refunded. I have spent the entire day trying to activate the windows license key which does not work under the steps provided. I cannot waste anymore time. Thank you
