Subscription License Issue

Hi, I purchased an annual subscription of the Pro version in April and now I am switching Macs. I did the disconnect on the old Mac, but now it asks me for the activation code and does not propose to activate the product according to the subscription. I have verified the account and the subscription appears to be expired, but I have the PayPal payment receipt and so far everything has worked correctly (from the terminal on the old Mac it showed that the license was active and the expiration date in 2024). How do I proceed? Thank you in advance.
