Can't deactivate Parallels Desktop 11 Pro on old Mac

    I'm having the same issue moving to a new MAC deactivated it on my old MAC but can activate it on may new one anyone help me?

    Okay! I am facing this issue few month ago . I have the slimier issue how do i deactivate my old account. I have change the activation key . Then i get access . I got the tutorial following link - http://onedaytop.com/technology/

    My license shows it has been activated on maximum number of computers. I have uninstalled it on all but one computer and need to activate. Cannot activate via Account online. I need the activation reset.

    I have deleted p11 in my older mac and now want to activate. The activation procees says the key is occupied (to the old mac) and want me to purchase a new license
    Pls reset the license key
