Reset license key in order to activate on new Mac

    can you please check support ticket #2949808 ?
    Probleme with activation from my "Parallels Desktop für Mac Pro Edition" on my M1 Mac.

  5. Please restart Parallels Desktop and check the issue once again.

    Hi. That's because, in spite of many attempts to change my email with you, you still have my now-dead original email address which was still active when I first registered the software in 2017. My new email is the one I've used to register for these forums. I can supply both email addresses to you, but how do I access PM? And second, how do I find the license key - that's what I've been asking in every post I've made.

    Here is the email of my attempt to change email address:

    To: Ranjith Thurai <rthurai@parallels.com>
    Subject: change of email address
    Hi
    Tesco are killing this email address after 20 years, as from next Monday 25th June.
    My new email address is cxx.rxxxx@gmail.com which for some reason your 'Unsubscribe/change preferences' page won't accept. Please confirm it's been changed on your records. Thanks.

    As you can no doubt tell from your reply to me, the new email address was never actioned.

    Could you provide us with your old and new email address. Then we will be able to move your license to your new account.
    Will it work for you?

    Sorry, nothing changed. What I have done
    1. start parallels
    2. logout (top right)
    3. login (top right)
    4. parallels ask for the key
    5. fill in the key (green tic) => activate
    6. parallel messages => limit reached, see pic

    I have sent you what I assume is a PM Maria (a "conversation"?) but as yet have received no reply. You did ask me to PM you, so I'm not sure what the delay is?

    Hi, I'm sorry to say that I have the same problem. And the option to activate Parallels on this mac is missing. Why? That would solve so many problems and I don't think it's really practical, that we cannot decide, on what computer can be used the license...

    Thanks for fixing it ASAP...

    Hi, same happens to me right now. I'd like to use older version (parallels 10) on my new mac but Parallels does not allow it. Is there someone who knows how to deactivate a lic on my old mac and move it to a newer one?

    Hello. Same issue here, I've logged out and uninstalled Parallels on the old computer but it didn't help, so need a reset as well.
