Parallels license has reached its activation limit

    Pretty poor that with the one-time purchase of Parallels Desktop for Mac you claim "No expiration date". This is clearly not the case. Please can you contact me to discuss refund, alternatively to reset my activation limit?

    I have version 15 which I haven't used for a while. I recently acquired a new Intel-based Mac to run some needed legacy software. When trying to activate my Parallels I've been hit with this error. Can you please help?

    We have made the required changes, kindly confirm if you are able to activate Parallels Desktop.

    I'm trying to install my Parallels Desktop 17 licence, but I'm facing the same issue as already described here: "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies."
    Can you please fix this?

    Hi Parallels team,

    I have the same issue and im very confused as to why there is an activation limit if we are able to use the license on a single computer at a time?

    Can you please reset my activation count too.

    I'm on the same boat: Got a new mac and cannot activate my license for Parallels 17: "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies." Please, kindly reset my activation count.

    We have deactivated the license from your old Mac.
    Please retry reactivating the license on your new machine.
