Parallels desktop 10: "You have reached the maximum number of activations available"

    Hello SeanF1, We have reset the Parallels Desktop license key. kindly try to activate it. If the issue still persists, please execute the following command with Terminal < prlsrvctl activate-license-online >.

    Hello, I need help to reset one of my licenses as I changed the Mac Mini and not able to use the license on the new one despite the fact I repeat your procedure to free the license before changing the Mac. Could you help me?

    Hello ekordin. Please quit Parallels Desktop now. Then, open Terminal (from the Finder menu, navigate to Go -> Utilities -> Terminal), execute the command <><> prlsrvctl activate-license-online <><> inside the Terminal window, wait till the operation completes, close Terminal and re-attempt the activation.

    Do you mean on the old mac? I do not have it anymore. On new one, I can run it, but I see:
    "Failed to deactivate the license: Unable to deactivate the product. Your type of license cannot be deactivated."

    Please check the issue now. We've made necessary changes and now you will be able to transfer your Parallels Desktop to the new Mac.

    Migrating Parallels 10 to a new macbook and having the 'activation key has reached it's limit' issue. I don't appear to have a way to unregister the old macbook.
    Please assist.
