Parallels desktop 10: "You have reached the maximum number of activations available"

    Have the same issue with Parallels 10 key on my new Mac. Could you reset it?

    I have the same issue with my parallels on my new mac. Old mac isn't available. Please could you help reset it?

    Could you please reset my license key so i can activate on the new laptop?

    We have reset the activation key. Please follow the instructions below:
    1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again.
    2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online

    Same here. I also got the maximum number of activations message. Could you please reset my license key? I'm using Parallels 10.

    Hi, your keys have been reset. But please note that Parallels Desktop 10 doesn't compatible with the latest macOS version

    I used parallels desktop 11 in my old Mac. I have already sign out from my old Mac but I still faced the same problem "You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license."

    Could you please help me to activate the program?

    I'm using Parallels 10.
    I have purchased a new Mac after selling the old one. The old one is formatted. However, I cannot use Parallels 10 in my new Mac with the error message.
    "
    Failed to activate the license: Unable to confirm the product license. You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license."

    Please reset the key.

    I tried to follow this link "https://my.parallels.com/support/pdfm/license", but there is no such graceful "Activate on This Mac" at all.

    We have reset the activation key. Please follow the instructions below:
    1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again.
    2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online

    Note: Parallels Desktop 10 is not compatible with Sierra or newer macOS X versions.
