    I've having the same issue - activation limit reached. I just got a new MBP from Apple since my old one was flawed (their fault). I'd love to send one of the support members a PM so they can reset my license, please :)

    Hi, I have the same problem. My iMac died last week and I have a new one now. I TM restored and Parallels was there but it now comes up with the error message. Other applications have allowed me to log in and de-register the old computer but I can't seem to find that anywhere on Parallels.
    Any chance someone can help? SHould I post my activation code?

    I have the same Problem. Like SeanW2. i had a lot of Problems with my old Air. now i have a new one and i TM restored my System.

    But one more question, I brought a promotion package of a PD 11 with a free CleanmyMac 3.0 on Dec. 31 2015. The same issue on this CleanMyMac 3.0 - activation limited. Cloud you help me?

    My laptop was recently stolen and i had to buy a new mac book air. I tried using parallels and its telling me that my code is not valid and all my codes keys are used up.

    What do i need to do to in order to get access with out buying another subscription.

    I have this same issue. I switch computers a lot and didn't realize that there was an extra step to remove the licenses for Parallels. Is this an easy fix?
