    Hello ,I just bought an upgraded parallels version,I am a first time user,I believe I am meant to get the new license version,how do I get a refund so I can purchase the new license version

    I just bought the upgraded version of Parallels because that's what it directed me to do from my trial version. It's asking me for a previous key which I don't have. This isn't funny. I don't have the money to be toyed around with. Fix this problem and make it clear that upgrade version doesn't mean upgrade from trial.

    I have 4 machines and 4 licenses. I am trying to install parallels on one of my new macs and It is saying my keys are upgrade keys and asking for the original. I have a subscription to pay for these and am only using 4 devices. I have no physical keys as they were all purchased online. Please PM me so I can get the licenses unlocked.

    Please check the following tips:
    • Check the permissions on your Parallels Desktop preferences file.
    • Restart your Mac.
    • Uninstall and reinstall Parallels Desktop.
    If you are still having trouble, then please contact Parallels support for help.

    I can't transfer the license to a new computer. It asks for the old license, I enter all that I bought, none of them fit. What's the problem?
    I had 3 more licenses purchased before this 4, so do I have to have the latest one to upgrade?

    I see the problem has been going on for years, was it not possible to solve the problem so that when you upgrade you have to enter the last key?

    Hey, So I just finished my trail, And When I bought a key today it says,
    you have entered an upgrade key. Please confirm it with a key from the previous version
    And Im confused because I never bought a key in the previous version.
